Your carpet from Carpet Forum will last longer and look better if a regular maintenance programme is followed.

Vacuum regularly at least once a week and more often in heavy traffic areas.

For Loop and Shag pile carpets we recommend the use of a plain suction type vacuum cleaner. If Turbo head or revolving brush head attachments are used they should be only used on the lightest setting.

For Cut pile carpets turbo and brush head attachments are fine.

In the event of a spill or stain don’t panic. – NEVER rub a spill or stain as this will distort the pile of the carpet and is liable to spread the stain over a bigger area.
